14-day money-back guarantee

If you bought Kiwi PDF Premium on kiwipdf.org and you are not happy with it, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase — no questions asked.

Web Purchases (Paddle)

Purchases made on kiwipdf.org are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our web orders. Refunds for web purchases are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.

  • First payment and renewals: you can request a full refund within 14 days of any charge (the first payment or a renewal).
  • After 14 days: payments are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. We may still consider refunds where required by law or in exceptional cases (for example a duplicate charge or a technical problem we cannot fix).
  • Refunds usually reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and your order number (from the Paddle receipt email), or
  • Use the link in your Paddle receipt, or look up your order at paddle.net and request a refund there.

After a Refund

When a refund is issued, the related subscription is cancelled and Premium access paid for by that charge ends. Your documents are never affected — they stay on your device, and all free features keep working.

Cancelling

You can cancel a web subscription at any time from your account (Manage subscription) or through the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.

App Store & Google Play Purchases

Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone, iPad or Android app are billed by Apple or Google, and only they can issue refunds, under their own policies:
