Settings

Change the app appearance, language, default page size, compression level and more.

Applies to iOS / iPadOS 16 or later

Open settings

Tap the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen (the gear icon).

Appearance (light / dark / system)

Choose between Light, Dark and System (follows your device's appearance setting). The change takes effect immediately.

Language

Kiwi PDF is available in English, Vietnamese, Spanish, Hindi, Indonesian, Portuguese (Brazil) and Thai.

iOS / iPadOS — go to your device Settings › Kiwi PDF › Language.
Android 13 and later — go to your device Settings › Apps › Kiwi PDF › Language.
Android 8–12 — change the language inside Kiwi PDF's Settings.
Mac / Windows / Web — choose the language in Kiwi PDF's Settings panel.

Default page size

When creating a blank PDF or using certain tools, Kiwi PDF uses a default page size. You can change this to A4, Letter, A3 or other standard sizes in Settings.

Default compression level

Choose the compression preset that is applied when you use the Compress tool. Options are Screen, Low, Medium (default) and High.

Premium

Manage your Kiwi PDF Premium subscription — see subscription status, restore purchases and access your account. Tap Premium in the Settings tab.
