Turn one or more photos or images into a PDF document.

The Image to PDF tool converts JPEG, PNG and other image formats into a PDF. You can combine multiple images into one PDF.

Convert images to PDF

  1. Open Tools › Image to PDF.
  2. Add your image files.
  3. Set the page size and order.
  4. Click Convert and save.

Scan to PDF

If you have multiple photos of a multi-page document, add them all in one go — each image becomes one page in the PDF.
