Open a PDF

Open PDFs from your device, cloud storage, email or another app.

Kiwi PDF can open PDFs stored on your device, in iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, or received by email — here is how on each platform.

iPhone & iPad

Android

  1. Open Kiwi PDF and tap the + button or the Files tab.
  2. Tap Open from storage and navigate to your PDF.
  3. Tap the file to open it in the editor.

To open from another app (Gmail, Chrome, Drive…):

  1. In the other app, tap the share or "open with" icon.
  2. Select Kiwi PDF from the list.
If Kiwi PDF does not appear in the share list, go to your device Settings › Apps › Kiwi PDF and make sure it is set as a PDF handler.
